Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AfgTourist, we are committed to providing reliable visa, travel, study abroad, and insurance services. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
1- Service Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel a service before processing begins. Once our team has started reviewing documents, providing consultation, preparing applications, or submitting requests, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only in the following situations:
– The requested service has not yet started.
– A duplicate payment was made.
– A payment was made due to a technical or billing error.
Afg Tourist is unable to provide the purchased service.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3- Visa Services
Afg Tourist provides visa consultation and application assistance only. Visa approvals or refusals are determined solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
Visa refusals, processing delays, or requests for additional documents are not eligible for a refund.
4- Study Abroad Services
Our study abroad services include consultation, university or college application assistance, and document preparation.
Fees for services already provided, submitted applications, or completed consultations are non-refundable.
Admission decisions are made solely by the educational institution. Afg Tourist cannot guarantee admission to any university, college, or educational program.
5- Insurance Services
Insurance policies are issued by authorized insurance providers.
Once an insurance policy has been issued or activated, it may not be cancelled or refunded unless permitted by the insurance provider’s own terms and applicable laws.
6- Government and Third-Party Fees
Government fees, embassy fees, university application fees, courier charges, translation fees, and insurance premiums paid to third parties are generally non-refundable.
7- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and submitting all required documents on time.
Afg Tourist is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
8- Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refund requests are normally processed within 5–10 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
9- Force Majeure
Afg Tourist is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by government actions, embassy decisions, university policies, insurance providers, natural disasters, technical failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
10- Policy Updates
Afg Tourist reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
